Job description

·Brainstorm ideas and create content (video and still) for marketing collateral, social media, and Ecomm marketplaces (TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram,小红书, etc)

·Assist in LIVE streaming.

·You will be persona representing our brand.

·Preparation of monthly Media Schedules and end-of-mth reporting.

·Ensure timely social media posting.

·Prepare captions and copy writing for all in-house posts.

·Responsible for creating and executing a strategic digital marketing framework and campaigns that help solidify the brand and reputation in digital landscape.

·Plan and execute digital marketing activities across multiple projects and channels including Website, SEO, Google Ads.

·Plan and allocate digital media budget; Monitor media budget and campaigns closely; Plan, implement, execute, and compile post campaign reports.

·Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

·Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as suppliers, retail’s person-in-charge, product team, creative team.

·Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on social media Digital Packages.

·Ensure optimal reach, engagement, and frequency (spends) across social platforms, outreach to influencers, effective integration, and optimisation of all activities.

·Undertake any other Ad Hoc task as and when assigned by the management.

Requirements

·Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Media / Advertising / Creative / Design or equivalent.

·Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in digital marketing & advertising position. However, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

·Possessing social media live streaming experience is an added advantage.

·Proficient in both written and spoken English, Malay and Mandarin

·Must be passionate, creative, meticulous and tech savvy.

·Strong organisational skill, able to multi-task and a team player.

·Knowledgeable on computer and familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

·Familiar with video editing using Capcut.
