Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies that drive traffic, tenant engagement, and brand awareness for our malls and properties. This role requires a multi-faceted marketing professional who can handle digital marketing, social media, event planning, and branding while ensuring all marketing activities align with the company’s overall business objectives.
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and managing paid advertising campaigns, SEO strategies, and content marketing efforts to improve our online presence. You will also be involved in planning and executing promotional events, coordinating with tenants, and developing marketing materials that enhance the mall’s brand image.
Additionally, you will play a key role in analyzing campaign performance, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate should be highly strategic, data-driven, and creative, with a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing & Paid Ads
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive traffic and tenant engagement.
- Optimize SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic reach.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
- Manage digital ad budgets for maximum ROI.
2. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
- Develop and manage social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging visual and written content for digital marketing and social media.
- Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and manage audience growth.
3. Event & Promotional Marketing
- Plan and execute mall events, seasonal campaigns, and tenant promotions.
- Coordinate marketing activities for promotional booths, pop-up stores, and brand activations.
- Work closely with tenants for co-branded campaigns.
4. Branding & Design Support
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.
- Design basic marketing materials (social media visuals, flyers, banners).
- Work with designers to enhance visual presentations.
5. Analytics & Strategy
- Track and report on marketing performance to optimize strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with leasing and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or event marketing, preferably in mall, retail, or property management.
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator) for marketing materials.
- Excellent copywriting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for branding, digital marketing, and innovative marketing strategies.
