Join our team as part of a dynamic, global team of 50+ across Korea, Singapore, Malaysia.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our regional teams to grow an exciting portfolio of Korean brands such as Beauty of Joseon, Celimax, Needly, Tirtir and other top of trend Korean brands.

We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our brand’s growth across digital and offline channels. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns, managing events, and driving strategies that connect with beauty consumers and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. KOL & Influencer Management
  • Identification & Outreach: Identify, vet, and recruit relevant KOLs, influencers, and brand advocates across various social media platforms (TikTok & Instagram).
  • Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with KOLs, managing contract negotiations and ensuring content quality.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated KOL campaigns, tracking performance against KPIs.
2. Affiliate Marketing Program
  • Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute the strategy for the affiliate marketing program to drive new customer acquisition and sales.
  • Recruitment & Optimization: Recruit new affiliate partners and continuously optimize the program structure and commission rates for maximum ROI.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor affiliate performance, conduct regular analysis, and provide timely reports on key metrics.
3. Marketing Campaigns & Strategy
  • Planning & Execution: Lead the execution of various marketing campaigns (product launches, seasonal promotions, brand awareness drives) across digital channels.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with the Design, Content, Sales Channel, and Ecom team to ensure campaign assets, messaging, and timelines are aligned.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for specific campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource utilization.
4. Events & Promotions
  • Coordination & Execution: Coordinate and execute product launches, pop-up events, exhibitions, and promotional roadshows.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare necessary documentation for event approvals and ensure all activities run smoothly.
  • Vendors: Assist with event logistics, including sourcing vendors, coordinating setup/teardown, and managing marketing material production.
5. Branding & Collateral Management
  • Asset Production: Manage production and distribution of promotional assets, including brochures, displays, signages, and digital content.
  • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with design teams to create visually compelling event themes and marketing visuals.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain up-to-date branding across all marketing touchpoints.
6. Reporting & Ad-Hoc Tasks
  • Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Proactively handle ad-hoc marketing requests.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven marketing experience in related marketing field.
  • Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the beauty or retail industry is a plus.
