Job summary

A health products company in Seremban is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to identify new business opportunities, assist in marketing campaigns, and provide excellent customer service. Pay:

3,500.00 (MYR) - 5,500.00 (MYR) per month

Job description:

(a) Sales Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the health products market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, including OEM and ODM partners.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

(b) Marketing Strategy:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Develop content for promotional materials, such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams for the creation of marketing materials.

(c) Customer Engagement:

  • Organize and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

(d) Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.

(e) Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the R&D team to understand product features and unique selling points.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements

  • Must able to communicate in mandarin as required report to mandarin speaker Taiwan Management
  • Preferably education background from degree in marketing, international business, entrepreneur, public relation or relevant
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food manufacturing or health product industry
  • Strong understanding of OEM and ODM business models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
