Job description:
(a) Sales Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the health products market.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, including OEM and ODM partners.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
(b) Marketing Strategy:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Develop content for promotional materials, such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for the creation of marketing materials.
(c) Customer Engagement:
- Organize and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
(d) Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collect and analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.
(e) Collaboration:
- Work closely with the R&D team to understand product features and unique selling points.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements
- Must able to communicate in mandarin as required report to mandarin speaker Taiwan Management
- Preferably education background from degree in marketing, international business, entrepreneur, public relation or relevant
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food manufacturing or health product industry
- Strong understanding of OEM and ODM business models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
