Job summary

Job description

You will create engaging content across multiple platforms including Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos and short-form videos. You'll shoot content at outlets, events and product launches, turning everyday O'Briens moments into content people want to watch and share. You'll develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions, manage and grow O'Briens social media channels, plan and execute monthly content calendars, and write captions, hooks and social copy. You'll stay on top of TikTok, Instagram and social trends, engage with the community and respond to opportunities for real-time content. You'll launch new products and promotions through social content, work closely with outlets and operations to capture authentic stories, support KOL and influencer collaborations, and create content around seasonal campaigns, events and brand moments. You'll track social media performance, understand what content works and why, and use insights to continuously improve content.
