Job Description

Casual Leasing of Promotional Spaces & Communities Events:

  • To handle casual leasing of promotional spaces in the Shopping Centre according yearly budget.
  • To plan and execute communities-driven event & campaigns in-line with the marketing objectives and positioning.
  • Supervise the set-up of events, roadshow, fair and activities, coordinate with internal departments and external service providers, exhibitors and contractors.
  • To source for suitable and relevant external parties in all aspects of casual leasing that are in-line with the Centre’s Brand Values and Market Positions.
  • To develop relationship with tenants and exhibitors to secure take up of promotional spaces in the centre.
  • To build relationship with communities, tenants, vendors and event organizer in order to co-create events, thematic roadshow and fair according to their Advertising and Promotional needs.
  • To assist the manager in ensuring that the monthly income target is achieved through profitable rental of promotional space, inventory rental, and any other available revenues.
  • Track and measure the outcome on events and activities to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields.
  • To be well aware and informed of latest trends in the market in order to bring in relevant and up-to-date communities’ events and sales activities into the centre.
  • To upkeep experiential areas during vacancy of promotional and communities.

Casual Leasing of Advertising Spaces:

  • To handle casual leasing of advertising spaces in the Shopping Centre according yearly budget.
  • Contact tenants and potential brands to describe advertising opportunities in the Centre.
  • To be well aware and informed of latest retail advertising trends in the market.
  • Supervise the set-up of advertising mediums and coordinate with internal departments and external service providers, exhibitors and contractors.
  • Ensure advertisements are appropriate in nature and fitting to the Shopping Centre’s image and positioning.
  • Track and measure the outcome on advertising spaces from advertisers.
  • To develop relationship with tenants and advertisers to secure sponsorship according to yearly budget.
  • Identify potential space to be converted into advertising opportunities.
  • Up-to-date with current advertising technology and solutions in the market.
  • To build relationship with tenants in order to support their Advertising and Promotional needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field required.
  • Possess at least 2 years in the Shopping Centre or retail industry marketing experience.
  • Strong experience in Sales field.
  • Must have interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise with and present to various channels across the business.
  • Strong networking skills and resourceful.
  • Independent and able to multi-task.
  • Able to work under pressure and able to meet target and deadlines.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills and personal integrity.
  • Have a proactive personality and good initiatives in finding solutions.
  • Good command in English. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese would be an added advantage.
