Job Responsibilities:
- To drive marketing campaigns to create market awareness for the company's products and solutions through strategic planning, advertising, public relations, event organization, lead generation, promotion campaigns, sponsorship, and market research.
- Explore new marketing channels to support current marketing strategies and to expand marketing reach.
- Develop and execute an annual marketing plan with product specialists to achieve the company's objectives.
- Organize events, seminars, and exhibitions, including launching new products, and liaise with suppliers and product manager.
- Evaluate the success of events and gather feedback for future improvements.
- Collaborate with product specialists on content writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Conduct market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness.
- Use marketing tools effectively to distribute marketing materials and generate leads.
- Responsible for communication collateral creation for internal and external parties and ensure that the website, online and social presence are updated and maintained regularly.
- Supervise the sales coordinator to ensure smooth sales operation.
Qualifications:
The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Admin or equivalent. Having knowledge of design software or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
