Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives included site visit at the related event if necessary.
  • Ensure proper project planning and preparation with the team to ensure timely execution of project, within budgeted cost and quality.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issue that arise.
  • Responsible to attend existing and new clients in order to prepare the presentation and quotation as per customer requested.
  • Assist in social media posting and content writing for company IG, FB & LinkedIn.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Post mortem analysis upon completion of each project.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • With working experience in the related field is an advantage.
  • Structure thinking and planning skills.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Effective communication skill.
  • Good team player and working with discipline, independent and responsibility on duty.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
