This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. As a Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our automotive products and services to both existing and potential customers. What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote our automotive products and services
• Create engaging marketing content including social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials
• Coordinate with sales and management teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage social media accounts and online presence to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Organise marketing events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies
• Support the development of pricing strategies and promotional offers
• Maintain marketing databases and manage customer communication records
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies on marketing projects and campaigns

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role within the automotive or retail sector, preferably
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms including social media, email marketing, and content management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and campaign concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data interpretation capabilities
• Familiarity with automotive industry trends and consumer behaviour
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms is advantageous
