Job summary

J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated marketing professional in Kuala Lumpur to plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns, collect data, and prepare reports in English and Chinese when required.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, organize marketing materials, and produce presentations and Excel reports for management while ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is maintained.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic Excel skills for data sorting, filtering, and simple formulas.

Job description

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data, and prepare reports and presentations.

Prepare marketing proposals, reports, meeting minutes, and other business documents in both English and Chinese when required.

Organize and maintain marketing documents, records, and related materials.

Follow up on project progress with internal departments and regional teams to ensure timely execution.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.

Prepare presentations, Excel reports, and other supporting materials for management.

Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Basic Excel skills, including data sorting, filtering, and simple formulas.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Candidates with prior experience in Marketing or a related field will have an added advantage.
