Job summary

M&S Medica Supplies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Assistant in Johor to support events, social media, and marketing operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to grow within the team.

The role requires basic graphic design and video editing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates should be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, be a team player, and willing to travel or work weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to travel and work during weekend when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing company events and marketing activities.
• Prepare documents, reports and other marketing-related materials.
• Manage the company's social media and create promotional content.
• Maintain customer records, product samples and support marketing operations.
• Perform administrative duties and other tasks assigned by Management.
