Track performance and report key metrics

1. E-Commerce & Marketplace Support

• Upload/update products and content on website, Shopee, Lazada

• Coordinate campaigns, vouchers, and flash sales

• Track performance and report key metrics
  

2. Content & Creative Execution

• Coordinate with designers or freelancers to prepare visuals for social media, ads, marketplace, and retail

• Assist in writing captions or short-form copy based on brand direction

• Manage asset library and ensure version control

• Organize and proper labeling of all media assets and templates for easy sourcing
  

3. Retail & Partner Salon Marketing Assets

• Develop and coordinate in-store materials (posters, tent cards, display visuals)

• Liaise with retail team to collect and execute requests

• Maintain brand consistency across retail presence
  

4. Customer & Community Support

• Assist with replying to customer inquiries on Shopee, Lazada, WhatsApp, and social platforms

• Prepare FAQ templates, scripts, and workflows for better efficiency

• Help execute community engagement campaigns (e.g., reviews, loyalty programs, club perks)
  
  

5. Reporting & Admin

• Assist in pulling reports from ad platforms, marketplaces, and website

• Consolidate weekly/monthly data and highlight key insights

• Support PR and collaboration admin (influencer lists, sample kits, follow-ups)
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years in a marketing or e-commerce coordination role (can be fresh grad with internship experience)

• Strong with digital tools (Google Sheets, Canva, Shopify/Wix, Meta Ads)

• Detail-oriented, reliable, good communicator
  

Interest in beauty/wellness is a plus
