Client Location : Kuala Lumpur

The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
  • Oversee and manage social media content creation, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
  • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with strong performance tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and lead user acquisition and retention strategies to grow audience base.
  • Drive offline marketing efforts including event planning, partnerships, roadshows, and brand activations.
  • Represent the brand in public speaking engagements, client presentations, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Negotiate and manage business collaborations, sponsorships, and vendor partnerships.
  • Analyze marketing performance data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives and content creators.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure alignment in brand messaging and campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior marketing roles, or at least 2 years as a marketing manager.
  • Proven expertise in social media marketing, digital ads, offline campaigns, and brand development.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaigns based on data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in public speaking and business negotiations.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
