Job Overview

The Marketing & Customer Relations Executive will play a key role in developing marketing and growth strategies, engaging with clients, and ensuring a positive brand experience. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills as our clients range from dealers, architects, consultants & designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback
• Coordinate with designers and external vendors
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and follow-ups
• Gather customer insights to improve services and offerings
• Handle complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary
