Job description

Are you both creative and data-driven? We’re looking for a Marketing cum CRM Executive to lead digital campaigns, craft engaging content, and manage customer relationships. You’ll develop strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, email, and ads—while also using CRM tools to drive customer loyalty and reduce churn. If you’re eager to grow, stay on top of marketing trends, and love blending creativity with performance data, we want to hear from you!

You will play an important role to:
  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, email, and paid advertising.
  2. Create engaging content (ads, emails, social posts) aligned with brand voice.
  3. Utilize analytical and data-driven decision-making skills to interpret and leverage marketing insights.
  4. Research & stay updated with the latest performance marketing and industry trends, techniques, tools, and traffic sources to optimize strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads and Google Analytics.
  6. Identify trends and patterns to enhance customer lifecycle strategies.
  7. Monitor customer churn rates and develop strategies to reduce attrition.
  8. Develop and implement CRM campaigns to engage, retain, and grow the customer base.
  9. Manage customer segmentation and personalization for targeted communication.
  10. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  1. A Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or customer engagement roles is an advantage.
  4. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills.
  5. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  6. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  7. Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
  8. Good time management skills, responsibility, and discipline.
  9. Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
  10. Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tasks.
