  • Compile competitors analysis and customer insights.
  • Handle customer phone inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints.

Skills

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in product planning and executing dealers channel campaigns.
  2. Track campaign performance and compile reports.
  3. Assist in product development planning and support in documentation as required.
  4. Coordinate logistics for incoming cargo from suppliers.
  5. Proofread and check marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures, and instruction manuals.
  6. Compile competitors analysis and customer insights.
  7. Handle customer phone inquiries.
  8. Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the relevant department.
  9. Able to travel to Menara Chin Hin.
Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years in a marketing role, preferably within the consumer goods or home appliances industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
