As a Marketing Content Strategist at EasyStore, your mission is to bridge the gap between our product and the market. You’ll play a critical role in communicating the value of our unified commerce solution through clear, strategic, and engaging content. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales — ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. From launching new features to driving adoption and supporting campaigns, your content will help merchants understand, trust, and choose EasyStore.
Role Responsibilities
Product Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement content strategies for product updates, new features, and marketing campaigns.
- Translate technical product capabilities into clear, benefit-driven messaging.
- Create product-focused content like landing pages, guides, UI explainer videos, use case articles, and tutorials.
Lead Generation & Campaign Support
- Work with the marketing teams to support Go-To-Market (GTM) plans through messaging, storytelling, and enablement content.
- Partner with customer success teams to produce relevant content for nurturing and conversion.
- Collaborate with the growth and performance teams to drive organic traffic and generate quality leads.
- Support seminars, events, and webinars by developing strategic content assets like presentations, email flows, and promo materials.
Performance & Optimization
- Track and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hub Spot.
- Iterate based on insights and feedback to continually improve content impact and engagement.

- Experience: 2+ years in content marketing, product marketing, or a similar role, preferably within SaaS, ecommerce, or tech industries.
- Content Skills: Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different formats (landing pages, articles, video scripts, sales decks).
- Product Understanding: Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into simple, compelling content for business owners and retailers.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and customer success teams.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (Mandarin/Malay proficiency is a bonus to support nationwide marketing.)
- Creativity and Initiative: A self-starter who can propose new content ideas and is not afraid to experiment to achieve better results.
