Marketing & Content Executive (Join Our Coffee Journey!)

About Us

We are growing café passionate about great coffee and creating a warm community space. Beyond serving quality brews, we want to build a lifestyle brand where customers feel connected and engaged. We’re looking for a creative and energetic Marketing & Content Executive to help us bring the coffee experience to life.

What You’ll Do

• Social Media & Content Creation – Manage JuzCoffee’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok); create engaging posts, stories, and trending videos (reels/TikToks); host live sessions and engage with followers to share our café vibes.
• Marketing Campaigns & Promotions – Plan and execute seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, and customer rewards; track campaign performance and suggest improvements; collaborate with influencers, media, or partners (e.g., Hot FM) to boost visibility.
• Design & Branding – Design café menus, posters, brochures, and digital marketing materials; ensure consistent branding across all platforms and outlets.
• Customer Engagement & Loyalty – Build and manage a VIP fan club / loyalty program for our regulars; brainstorm creative ways to enhance customer service and brand experience.
• Trends & Market Insights – Stay updated with coffee, F&B, and social media trends; share fresh ideas to keep JuzCoffee fun, relevant, and exciting.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation/marketing (fresh graduates with creativity are welcome!)
• Confident in front of the camera (comfortable with live hosting)
• Skilled in design/content tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite is a plus)
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills
• Passion for coffee, café culture, and engaging with people
• Energetic, independent, and able to handle multiple tasks
