Overview:
The Marketing position is responsible for ensuring the digital presence and brand of MF Technology Supply & Services remains relevant and active. This individual will manage social media, the company website, and company profile while ensuring all business activities are effectively shared with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Company Profile Maintenance:
Ensure the company profile is always updated, including the organizational chart, achievements, company information and manage content on the company website and social media platforms.
Regularly update brochures, catalogs, and other marketing materials.
2. Social Media & Digital Marketing Management:
Create engaging content for social media and the company website.
Monitor interactions and respond to customer inquiries on social media.
Track and analyze social media performance and report on effectiveness.
3. Brand Development (Company Branding):
Develop branding strategies to enhance MF Technology Supply & Services’ brand awareness.
Ensure marketing materials align with the company’s brand identity.
4. Publishing Company Activities & Supplies on Social Media:
Capture and post images of supplied goods and internal activities with staff to strengthen the corporate image.
Create creative and engaging captions for social media posts.
Ensure every delivery or installation is documented on social media to enhance the company’s credibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
Basic design skills (knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an advantage).
Understanding of digital marketing strategies and content management.
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Creative, innovative, and always up to date with digital marketing trends.
