A leading company in retail is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for promoting brand awareness, driving footfall to stores, and enhancing customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute marketing communications strategies to drive store traffic and sales.
• Manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities across digital, print,
and social media.
• Coordinate in-store marketing materials (e.g., signage, posters, flyers) and visual merchandising communication.
• Develop engaging content for websites, social media, email newsletters, and SMS marketing.
• Liaise with external agencies, media, and partners for advertising and PR campaigns.
• Organize and promote in-store events, product activations, and brand collaborations.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimize ROI.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage marketing budgets related to communications and advertising.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail marketing communications.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends (e.g., social media, influencer marketing, CRM campaigns).
• Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, sales-driven retail environment.
