We are seeking a proactive and digitally savvy Marcom Executive to manage and grow our online community. You will engage with followers across social media platforms, foster meaningful conversations, and play a key role in converting leads generated through online ad campaigns into loyal customers or clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with followers across all social media platforms (comments, messages, mentions).
- Build strong relationships with our online community to increase brand trust and loyalty.
- Monitor conversations and sentiment around the brand; respond quickly and appropriately.
- Work closely with the social media team to understand ongoing ad campaigns and optimize lead engagement.
- Follow up on leads from paid campaigns via direct messaging, comments, or CRM tools.
- Plan and organize offline events and classes.
- Track and report on engagement metrics, community sentiment, and lead conversion outcomes.
- Provide feedback from the community to the content and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- With 1-2 years working experience in related field.
- Passionate in social media engagement, community management, or digital marketing.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, Rednote etc.
- Experience working with paid social campaigns and tools like Rednote ads, TikTok ads or Google Ads.
- Basic knowledge of lead tracking or CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for building communities.
- Willing to work in Sunway and Puchong.
