- As a Marketing & Communications Executive, you’re the voice of our brand Pastry Pro. Your mission is to materialize the vision of this brand, alongside with various Core Brands Products that have collaborated with Pastry Pro thus far.
- You’re responsible for creating awareness and uplifting the value of all our brands. You’ll play an essential role in the strategy, conception, and production of exciting marketing ideas, products and services for all in house brands.
- You will need to bring exceptional creative thought and craft to your work, developing, delivering and materializing ideas, bringing more new exciting brands to the public.
- You will craft powerful plans and strategies in line with our unique branding, to our targeted brand audience. With a love for developing creative marketing strategies, you will aim to take our audience on a seamless brand journey across all touchpoints.
- In addition to strong design sense and skills, the ability to strategically approach and manage projects to ensure flawless delivery is a must.
Marketing:
- Develop creative promotional materials, advertisement and other marketing-related projects in line with the company’s brand strategy.
- Assist the Marketing & Communications Manager in communicating with Product Development and Purchasing department to ensure marketing objectives are delivered clearly and provide support to ensure targets are achieved.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns/ events/ collaborations: New Product, Promotion, Festive, and collaborations.
- Craft copy for all campaign/ event collateral.
- Assist the Marketing & Communications Manager in liaising with media for company events, press conference & food review.
- Take ownership of Brand Management with effective communication between Sales, Marketing, Product Development and other departments in order to optimize key business opportunities.
- Contribute to the business and budget planning for Core Brand categories and commitment in delivering annual targets.
- Work closely with 3rd party agencies and internal resources to proactively manage internal and external branding initiatives to timely completion (ATL, BTL, social media & On-ground Events).
- Assist the Marketing & Communications Manager to manage brand building activities including internal and external customer management aspects
Reporting:
- Work within the departmental budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each campaign.
- Track all marketing and sales data and create a detailed database and written report.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas of improvement.
- Measure and produce campaign performance reports – during and after the campaign period.
- To report on product performances and propose sales and development ideas.
- Monitor competitive activities and track promotion frequency with types of promotions taking place in various trade sectors.
- Joint development of Sales Plan by consolidation of sales info, pricing and promotions calendar.
- Submission of reports, focus areas / updates and recommendations for improvements on core brand movement tracking
Job Requirements:
- Passionate in F&B Marketing.
- Possess a degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or e-Commerce.
- Relevant experience: Minimum 2 years of brand marketing management.
- Strong interpersonal & analytical skills and research knowledge.
- Good presentation and communication skills and a persuasive communicator (oral and written).
- Highly committed and have a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Be willing to hit the ground running and meeting deadlines.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. High proficiency in English is an added advantage.
