Job description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented MarCom Specialist to join our APAC team. This role will be responsible for executing key marketing initiatives, supporting social media campaigns, managing marketing assets, driving patient marketing strategies, and assisting with event coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with regional teams to ensure marketing success across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Marketing

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies in alignment with MARCOM Manager, to enhance brand visibility and engagement across APAC.
  2. Manage and monitor content calendars for different platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  3. Work closely with local country teams to create localized social media content.
  4. Track and analyse social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.

2. Marketing Assets Creation

  1. Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, and digital content.
  2. Collaborate with designers and agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  3. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral.

3. Patient Marketing

  1. Support the implementation of patient marketing initiatives across the APAC region.
  2. Work closely with country teams to adapt patient education materials for local markets.
  3. Coordinate the execution of B2B2C campaigns to increase patient awareness and engagement.

4. Event Management Support

  1. Assist in the planning and execution of regional events, including symposiums, training sessions, and summits.
  2. Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, speaker coordination, and promotional materials.
  3. Support post-event reporting and analysis to assess effectiveness.

5. Regular Connect with Countries & Reporting

  1. Act as a key liaison between APAC marketing and country teams to ensure alignment on strategies and execution.
  2. Collect and analyse market insights, campaign performance data, and competitor activities.
  3. Prepare regular reports and presentations for regional and global marketing teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a regional role/SEA role.
  3. Experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, and event coordination.
  4. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Hubspot, Brandwatch).
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for content creation.
  3. Familiarity with patient marketing and healthcare industry regulations.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
