Your Roles

Our clients needs expert advise and guidance in implementing solutions for managing and leveraging their data for improving their business. Your primary goal will be to help clients in designing, implementing and supporting data platforms that run critical workloads for our clients that drive business improvement. You will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and delivering them successfully. Your expertise in Linux servers, data platforms, DevOps, cloud services, cyber security, networking, Infrastructure-as-Code and data center hardware is crucial in assuring our clients that their data and data infrastructure are safe, working optimally and in good hands.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Communication Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for both strategic marketing and effective communication. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies and communication plans that promote our brand, products, and services. Below is a breakdown of the key responsibilities and scope of work:

MARKETING JOB

• Brand Promotion and Awareness:
  • Updating social media platforms, websites, and email marketing to increase visibility.
  • Monitor digital marketing efforts such as online ad campaigns, analysing performance and optimizing strategies.
• Event Planning and Participation
• Assist Sales Team in Market Research
• Design and produce new campaign materials including videos, solution demos, online and e-marketing promotions.
• Assist with pre-promotion of trade shows and exhibitions, seminars and other events.
• Support the sales team on selected marketing activities such as consumer sampling activities, concourse activations, and artwork development
• Assist in managing social media accounts and marketing efforts for our division
• To assist in plan, schedule and create compelling social media content that will create sustained engagement among existing customers and attract new ones
• Assist in managing the social media budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing spending.
• Ensure social media activities adhere to legal guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and sales, to ensure that the brand’s product offerings and customer experiences align with the brand’s values and goals
• Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends and provide thought leadership and recommendations for how the brand can continue to innovate and differentiate itself in the market.
• Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance metrics and use insights to make data-driven decisions that optimise marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Analyse and leverage social media analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Key Skills and Knowledge

• Marketing Expertise:
  • Support internal sales team in day-to-day tasks.
• Communication and Coordination:
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, from government officials to internal teams and product principles.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of IT products and services being offered by the company.
  • Ability to work closely with the team.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as required.
