Job Responsibilities
- Design and produce new campaign materials including videos, solution demos, online and e-marketing promotions.
- Assist with pre-promotion of trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and other events.
- Support the marketing team on activities such as consumer sampling, concourse activations, and artwork development.
- Manage social media accounts and marketing efforts for our division.
- Plan, schedule, and create engaging social media content to maintain customer engagement and attract new audiences.
- Collaborate with senior marketing staff to plan and execute multi-faceted marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand exposure or sales.
- Coordinate with departments like operations and sales to ensure product offerings and customer experiences align with brand values and goals.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends; provide insights and recommendations for innovation and market differentiation.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance metrics, using insights to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with social media and digital platforms, including ad formats.
