Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Design and produce new campaign materials including videos, solution demos, online and e-marketing promotions.
  2. Assist with pre-promotion of trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and other events.
  3. Support the marketing team on activities such as consumer sampling, concourse activations, and artwork development.
  4. Manage social media accounts and marketing efforts for our division.
  5. Plan, schedule, and create engaging social media content to maintain customer engagement and attract new audiences.
  6. Collaborate with senior marketing staff to plan and execute multi-faceted marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand exposure or sales.
  7. Coordinate with departments like operations and sales to ensure product offerings and customer experiences align with brand values and goals.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends; provide insights and recommendations for innovation and market differentiation.
  9. Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance metrics, using insights to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital platforms, including ad formats.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite (GDocs, GDrive).
