Job Summary:

  • Expected salary: RM5,000 - RM10,000 per month

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Corporate Communications Lead to expand and elevate MOG’s presence through purposeful outreach and engagement. This role is central in positioning MOG as a trusted lifelong vision care provider through programs across various stakeholders.

You’ll be responsible for campaign ideation, stakeholder collaboration, event management, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints — working independently while aligning with internal teams and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an annual communications roadmap aligned with brand objectives and national outreach efforts.
  • Propose creative, audience-relevant initiatives tailored to different life stages: children, teens, working adults, and seniors.
  • Align communication tone and visuals to uphold brand positioning.
  • Build and manage partnerships with corporate organisations, schools, NGOs, community groups, etc.
  • Represent MOG in proposal presentations, discussions, and negotiations.
  • Act as project lead for all external programs and activations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Optometrists, Creative, Retail, etc.) to ensure smooth and effective execution.
  • Oversee brand representation and experience quality at all events.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in corporate communications, stakeholder relations, or event coordination.
  • Background in healthcare, education, or retail industries is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (BM/Mandarin an added advantage).
  • Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
  • Highly organized with excellent coordination and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive team player who can work independently and deliver timely updates.
