Job summary

Eco World Development Group Berhad in Shah Alam is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to drive sales targets for residential projects, manage customer relationships, and support lead conversion activities. You will coordinate campaigns across digital and outdoor channels, assist in launches, and coordinate materials for campaigns.

The role requires 3–5 years in property sales/marketing, a bachelor's in marketing or related field, and digital marketing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in property sales and marketing.
• Additional training or certification in digital marketing, branding, or real estate marketing is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets for assigned projects.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Support customer engagement and lead conversion activities.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital and outdoor advertising.
• Support project launches, roadshows and promotional activities.
• Coordinate marketing materials and campaign requirements.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights for strategic improvements.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Provide recommendations to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate internal teams, agencies and external stakeholders.
• Support successful implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and project coordination activities.
• Support development of junior team members.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
• Promote collaboration and teamwork.
• Maintain CRM records and reporting requirements.
• Monitor project activities and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
