A leading company in luxury goods is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to oversee comprehensive marketing strategies and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, campaign management, and a proven track record within the luxury or fashion sectors. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
Create and manage marketing plans for both our luxury bag distribution business and upcoming in-house brand
Lead branding efforts for both current multi-brand business and the upcoming in-house luxury label
Define brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging aligned with the luxury segment
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, paid media, SEO/SEM)
Oversee day-to-day content planning, creation, and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Manage influencer marketing, collaborations, and paid partnerships
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization
Build and maintain customer personas and journeys to support targeted marketing efforts
Product Launch & Merchandising Support
Develop go-to-market plans and promotional strategies for new product drops and seasonal collections
Coordinate with sales and operations teams on campaign alignment and in-store/online experience
Manage product storytelling, photography, and visual merchandising guidelines
Lead internal marketing team and coordinate with creative agencies, freelancers, and media partners
Oversee marketing budget planning, spending, and ROI tracking
Ensure all marketing materials meet brand and quality standards
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within luxury, fashion, or retail industries
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and performance marketing
Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage
Strategic thinker with creativity, attention to detail, and strong commercial acumen
Proficient in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
Experience with CRM systems, and eCommerce platforms is a plus
