Marketing Associate in Pharmaceutical Industry (Science Graduate)

Assist in preparing promotional materials for events and sponsorships, ensuring all related documents are properly filed.

Manage and file purchase orders (POs) and invoices for submission.

Support the organization of secretariat events, including obtaining quotations, securing confirmations, preparing documents, handling RSVPs, and managing event materials.

Track and coordinate the preparation and delivery of promotional and brand materials to outstation locations.

Handle sponsorship-related documentation, such as sponsorship letters, public service announcements, and vendor registration forms.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Bioscience, Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or a related life sciences discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, people management, and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with discipline in time management, keeping project documentation up-to-date and organized.
• Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Willingness to take initiative; self-starter qualities are an advantage.
