About the role

Join RUBINO INDUSTRY SDN. BHD. as a Marketing Assistant in the full-time role based in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this varied role, you will provide critical sales and marketing support to help drive growth within the stone processing industry.

What you'll be doing

Assist the sales and marketing team in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns

Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends within the industry

Prepare sales presentations, proposals and other marketing collateral

Coordinate and participate in trade shows, exhibitions and other marketing events

Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed

Liaise with clients and partners to build strong relationships

Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and marketing processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles

0-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role, ideally within the stone processing industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Keen eye for detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work

Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin
