Marketing Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant Manager to join the dynamic team at HFC Tech Sdn Bhd. This full-time role is based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, and involves supporting the execution of the company's marketing strategies across various channels.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's products and services.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
3. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
4. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
5. Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including maintaining databases, preparing reports, and assisting with project management.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative marketing strategies.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 6-8 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Fluent written and spoken proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (must).
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems.
6. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
7. Creativity and a keen eye for design, contributing to marketing materials.
8. Collaborative mindset and effective team working skills.
