  • Manuscript Management
    • Manage manuscript submissions and maintain accurate editorial records
    • Send email invitations to potential authors and ensure the monthly/quarterly paper submission targets are met
  • Editorial Board Coordination
    • Invite experts and researchers to join the journal’s editorial board
    • Track progress and ensure the targeted number of editorial board members
  • Editorial Operations
    • Collaborate with internal editors and reviewers to maintain journal standards
    • Assist in the improvement of journal impact, visibility, and peer-review quality
  • Email and CRM Marketing
    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
    • Maintain customer database and support CRM strategies
Qualifications
  • Education: Degree or Master in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, communication, science, publication or related majors.
  • Professional in marketing or sales.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized, meticulous, and committed to editorial quality
