Job Summary: The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in assisting the execution of marketing strategies and communication efforts that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Work with in-house designers to produce all marketing collaterals. Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and support offline marketing objectives.
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Assist in developing, editing, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms, including images and videos. Manage daily Instagram story creation and upload.
- Mall Media Coordination: Liaise with mall management for monthly brand exposure opportunities, including social media posts, in-mall ad space, and related activities.
- KOL Collaboration: Lead negotiations with KOLs, including pricing, deliverables, and project timelines. Manage the entire lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from initial concept to post-campaign analysis.
- Trend Monitoring & Analysis: Stay up to date with social media and marketing trends. Provide insights and case studies to support content strategies monthly.
- Documentation Management: Handle the creation and management of necessary documents and processes.
- Ad-Hoc Support & Assistance: Provide additional support and carry out any other tasks or duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Creative Multimedia, or any relevant field
- Min 1 years of working experience in Marketing.
- Understanding global marketing plans and customizing them for the Malaysian market.
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in content management systems and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with the team to meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, best practices, tools and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
- Added advantage if familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Cap-Cut and etc.
