You will work with external editors and designers to ensure brand identities are consistently reflected in content and campaigns, while handling customer feedback and protecting brand reputation.

• Develop creative content ideas, short-form video scripts, IP concepts, and social media strategies
• Manage customer feedback, online reviews, complaints, and brand reputation
• Work with outsourced video editors and designers to ensure content aligns with each brand's identity
• Coordinate KOL/KOC collaborations, outreach, and campaign deliverables
• Plan promotional activities and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and outlet visibility

Job description
