Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Johor Bahru, with the flexibility for remote work. The Marketing & Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing the content creation and operations of our AI-enabled live streaming and promotional video services. This includes overseeing AI content generation and executing live streaming projects from start to finish while ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients, the business development team, and vendors.

Qualifications

Strong operational capabilities with attention to detail, ensuring smooth production flow and quality control.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, staff, and vendors at all levels.

Proficiency in video editing, live streaming operations, graphic design, and social media management.

Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
