Job description

Lead the automation of marketing workflows and digital systems to enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive data-informed growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and manage marketing automation workflows across CRM, email, and customer touchpoints to improve efficiency and boost conversions.
  2. Implement and integrate digital tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email systems, automation apps) to support seamless data flow and process optimization.
  3. Execute and refine campaigns, monitor performance, and apply insights to continuously improve results.
  4. Enhance customer journeys by automating lifecycle stages and delivering timely, personalized experiences.
  5. Stay up to date with tools and trends, recommending new strategies and solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. Preferably at least 2 years with relevant hands-on automation experience.
  3. Proficiency in CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms.
  4. Analytical and data-savvy, with the ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
  5. Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to build, maintain, and improve workflow systems.
  6. Collaborative and curious mindset, with excellent communication skills and a passion for smart, scalable systems.
  7. Good fluency in English. Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
