Ideal Candidate
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy aligned with corporate and brand direction, reflecting local priorities.
- Creating and managing marketing materials and collateral in line with brand standards.
- Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, and lead generation.
- Tracking campaign effectiveness and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Managing communications budget, working with vendors and agencies to localize activities and develop assets.
- Leading planning and execution of PR initiatives related to the brand.
- Managing internal corporate communications across various channels.
- Developing messaging and content for corporate communications.
- Keeping staff informed and engaged on corporate developments through internal channels.
- Driving performance marketing and optimizing conversion funnels for different traffic sources and user segments.
- Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Analyzing traffic metrics and campaign effectiveness to improve ROI.
- Creating engaging content for thought leadership, websites, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Managing the editorial calendar.
- Designing a strong employer branding strategy.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to promote the employee value proposition and position the company as an employer of choice.

The Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing Communications or Product Marketing, preferably within Professional Services, Media & Entertainment, or Internet industries.
- Experience in related fields is a strong advantage.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality work delivery.
- Analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
- Willingness to undertake 30-60% travel.
