Job description

1. Support the sales and marketing team by handling administrative tasks, customer service inquiries, internal coordination, and documentation.

2. Track sales performance and generates sales report.

3. Maintains customer databases (CRM) and tracks sales leads.

4. Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-ups.

5. Coordinate sales meeting, record meeting notes and follow up on action items.

6. Communicate regularly with customers on forecast status or updates.

8. Assists in content creation (brochures, presentations, website updates).

9. Event management – Assist in executing, organizing and coordinating all aspects of event activities or marketing related assignments; eg. Exhibitions and Trade Shows

10. E-cart and E-Commerce Management(order & delivery processing)

11. Website Management (domain & hosting renewal, website customer enquiry management, contents update)

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistic, or any related field

2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in Marketing or Administrative job

3. Able to work independently in a complex environment with minimum supervision, result-oriented personality.

4. Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Malay

5. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
