Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.
  • Respond to general inquiries via phone or email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail, parcels, and documents.
  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when needed.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and appointment schedules.
  • Assist with organizing internal meetings or client appointments.
  • Assist in preparing simple reports or documents.
  • Support event coordination (e.g. company events, birthday celebrations).

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a admin.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Working hours:Â

  • Tuesday - Saturday (9.30am - 6.30am)
