Job Responsibility
  • Patiently respond to inquiries from parents and guide them through the process
  • Monitor tuition payment status and follow up with parents
  • Handle enrollment records, maintain student information, support scheduling
  • Keep our operations smooth and organized behind the scenes
  • Work closely with a caring, collaborative team
  • Administrative and office management duties
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years and above experience in a similar role.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma.
  • Fresh graduates/housewife are welcomed to apply.
  • Good written & verbal Mandarin and English communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Good in Mathematics (to calculate the tuition fees)
  • Experience in editing videos and photos, and copywriting would be more advantageous.
  • Good team player with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Computer literate (able to handle PPT, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc)
  • Meeting deadlines and updating the direct superior.
