Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing Admin works closely with the team on administrative tasks.

Summary of Principal Job Responsibilities & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Submit project expenses & claims.
  • Assist in collecting and compiling the project's demo clam receipts for invoicing purposes.
  • Provide general administrative support for Activation & Planning team, such as courier, memo circulation, etc.
  • Support the Activation & Planning Team on the Client's event coordination.
  • Work in collaborationwith other departments, (e.g.,finance, operations, and logistics team).
  • Assist the Manager in compilingrecords and reports on PP projects and submitting them to the HR department in a timely manner.
  • To be ready and responsible to perform any other duties designated or required by the management.

Academic Qualification(s):

Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in any field.
  • Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are added advantage.
  • Responsible, fast learnerwho can multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
