Job Responsibility

• Develop and implement marketing and commercial strategies to grow shipping business across targeted regions.
• Manage customer portfolios, nurture relationships with key accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, freight rates, and provide regular reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Candidate must be proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field.
• Have experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Strong understanding of container shipping, trade lanes, freight pricing, and logistics operations.
• Acceptable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
