About the role

As a Marketer at OMBAK PANTAI HOLIDAYS', you will play a crucial role in promoting and expanding our company brand in the Setiu Terengganu region. This full-time position is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure remain competitive and appealing to our target market.

What you'll be doing

Researching market trends and customer insights to inform marketing plans

Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and our website

Developing promotional materials such as brochures, adverts, and event collateral

Organizing and participating in local events and trade shows to raise brand awareness

Analyzing marketing performance data to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement

Collaborating with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention efforts

Contributing to the overall marketing strategy and vision for the resort

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of proven experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably within the tourism/hospitality industry

Strong creative and copy writing skills with the ability to develop engaging content

Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and website management

Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions

Good project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple campaigns

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

A passion for the travel and tourism industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of our business
