We are now looking for a Market Research Executive who is passionate about uncovering deep market insights to fuel smarter sales conversations and client engagement.

Your Role

As a Market Research Executive, you will play a key role in empowering our sales team with critical market intelligence. Your research will help uncover the training challenges corporates face, the strategies their competitors are using, and opportunities for impactful interventions, giving our sales team an edge during cold calls and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed research on companies across diverse industries to identify their current challenges, training trends, and opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and explain why certain training programs are being emphasized.
  • Identify client pain points, employee development needs, and industry-specific gaps to support solution selling.
  • Prepare comprehensive client profiles with actionable insights for the sales and training design teams.
  • Develop and deliver presentations on research findings.
  • Track industry shifts, competitor movements, and emerging learning trends to inform internal strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales to deliver research briefs that strengthen cold calls, proposals, and pitches.
  • Maintain and update a centralized database of client intelligence and market insights.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year experience in market research, business analysis, sales intelligence, or related fields (experience in corporate training or education sectors is a bonus).
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written communication skills; you must be able to turn complex research into clear and actionable reports.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and results-oriented.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
