Overview

Market Intelligence Support Executive — primary function of Sales Operation is to support strategic countries on all administrative work that relates to Commercial tasks and deliver team targets.

Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)

Responsibilities
  • Support on administrative work daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly with assigned tasks.
  • Support review and consolidation for total strategic countries monthly sales forecast.
  • Follow up calls with prospects or look for new customers.
  • Develop strong analytical skills and highlight key insights from reports.
  • Liaise with Finance team to update system price for all customers.
  • Handle directly for trading customers/markets.
  • Work with export sales team and cross-functional departments (customer service, finance, logistics) on order, payment, shipment and truck arrangement.
  • Compile different types of reports as assigned.
  • Deliver monthly sales target for countries assigned that are handled directly.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative work and orders from export customers.
  • Assist in distributor’s claims from export customers.
  • Liaise with inter-department for product upgrading, sales forecast, system price and shipment arrangement.
  • Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Management/ Head of Department/ Line Manager.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management / Marketing or other similar educational level.
  • At least 1 year working experience in Sales Support / Administrative Support role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • IT skill: MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skill for both oral & written.
  • Customer oriented. Willing to provide good service and commit to internal & external customers, multitasking & set priorities.
  • Goal getter, result oriented, mature, tactful, and committed with high degree of drive and integrity.
  • Assertive, able to work under pressure & maintain a positive outlook.
  • Able to achieve timelines for every task assigned.
  • Forecast accuracy and deliver sales target for countries assigned directly.
