Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in the USANA Malaysia market as a Market Development Executive. The role supports the team in implementing programs that strengthen the company’s relationship with its independent distributors. This includes, but is not limited to, training, recognition, and motivational initiatives designed to empower distributors to effectively promote USANA’s products and business opportunities. The role also involves preparing and analyzing data to support sales strategies, track performance, and providing insights that help drive business growth.

What You Will Do as a USANA Market Development Executive

Support the Manager in organizing and executing company events, distributor training, recognition programs, incentive trips, and other associate-related activities.

Maintain close contact with independent distributors and identified leaders to foster engagement and strengthen their sense of belonging to the USANA community.

Assist distributors in preparing training materials and presentation decks as needed. Facilitate training sessions for distributors across varying levels of experience, both in-office and during roadshows.

Coordinate outsourcing and vendor-related activities, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and operational coordination to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.

Collaborate with the Manager to plan and execute online events, social media campaigns, training sessions, and e-learning activities.

Prepare presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoints) for open meetings and recognition events. Communicate sales initiatives, service updates, and key company messages to the field effectively.

Work closely with the Marketing Department to organize prospective activities (e.g., product launches, health fairs, and open days), supporting distributors in their efforts to attract new prospects.

Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions to achieve sales targets.

Analyze sales data and market performance metrics; prepare weekly reports on business performance, rank advancements, incentive qualifications, and promotions. Provide actionable insights to the Manager and sales team to support business growth.

Maintain and update key sales and performance tracking tools, ensuring accurate data analysis to guide sales initiatives and identify growth opportunities.

Additional

Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights as required at USANA events.

Provide General Administrative support to team.

Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

Excellent command of written and spoken of English, Mandarin & Malay language. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and brand partners.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, health-related science, or related field required.

Minimum 3 years’ working experience, preferably from the Direct Selling industry.

Ability to interface with distributors and employees at all levels.

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and good team player.

Friendly, confident, with a highly positive outlook.

Well organized, articulate, detail-oriented, have an eye for details, hands-on and results oriented.

Effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without direct supervisor and without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.

Strong customer service orientation and able to interact with a variety of customers from different backgrounds.
