Job summary

IQVIA Malaysia is seeking an Associate Market Access Manager to drive market access, pricing, reimbursement and HEOR initiatives across Malaysia and Singapore. You will manage end-to-end tender activities, engage with government agencies and payers, and ensure compliant execution while providing strategic insights to leadership.

Occasional travel to Singapore is required. You will work with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance and Legal teams to align access plans with product

Qualifications

• Experience in tender management and market access activities.
• Understanding of HEOR, budget impact analyses and value dossiers is preferred.
• Ability to engage with government agencies, payers, KOLs and PAGs to support product access.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end tender management for preparation and submission, liaising with government bodies and partners.
• Develop and execute market access strategies including pricing, reimbursement and funding initiatives; lead HEOR studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align access strategies with business objectives and report on progress.
