Job summary

Marinelog Solutions Sdn Bhd in Johor is seeking a Sales Engineer in Marine Outfitting and Equipment. You will prepare technical proposals, drawings, quotations and tender submissions to win contracts.

The ideal candidate has a Mechanical or Marine Engineering background with at least 3 years in technical sales, basic AutoCAD, and strong MS Office skills. The role offers a monthly salary of RM 8,000+ and a 5.5 day work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in marine outfitting, shipbuilding, offshore or related industries.
• Basic in AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• 5.5 day work week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical proposals/drawings, quotations and tender submissions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable marine outfitting solutions.
• Coordinate with the engineering, procurement and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Follow up on enquiries, negotiate contracts and provide after-sales support.
