Job summary

Nefab (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Johor invites applications for a Manufacturing Warehouse & Logistics Executive. The role oversees warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics to ensure smooth flow of materials from suppliers to customers.

You will lead a team, optimize layouts, coordinate transportation, implement WMS/TMS, monitor safety, and manage costs. A bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field and at least 3 years of warehouse management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and stock management.
• Plan and coordinate transportation for inbound and outbound goods with cost control.
• Lead and develop warehouse and logistics staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, and training.
• Implement and leverage WMS and TMS to optimize operations.
• Conduct monthly stock audits and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
