Job description

Job Title: Manufacturing Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform a variety of technical support duties across manufacturing areas, including installation, maintenance, repair, and support of manufacturing equipment.
  2. Provide technical support for production processes, conduct product testing, troubleshooting, and perform technical analyses to resolve issues.
  3. Design and build tools as needed for manufacturing support.
  4. Work on technical support assignments with clearly defined objectives, exercising judgment in technical duties.
  5. Address product and process problems requiring technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering with typically 2 years of relevant experience.
  2. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of machinery, including mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software aspects.
  4. Hands-on experience with manufacturing product repair work.
